The Hectic Life I am Currently Living.....

Well, I have a very hectic life right now. I am busy on weeekends and afterschool and I am falling behind on my homwork. With exams coming up I am struggling to find time to do everything that needs to get done. If I am not at home doing homework, then I am still at school scorkeeping or doing others stuff. The only time I actually have to do nothing is never. I am getting frustarted and I am losing sleep and If I don't get enough sleep then I am dead tired at school and then I will fall asleep in class. I have no clue what to do. I try and try but I can't seem to find a solution. I wish that the teachers can give a small amount of homework each class. I thought we were only supposed to be doing homework for 2 hours a night. These 2 hours have doubled or tripled. Can exams please be over now!!!!! And can the teachers see that we don't have all the time in the world to be doing homework. Most of us are invloved in Parliument, SPM, Scorekeeping, Play, Chamber, sports etc. And yes they are extra cirricular activites but they do take time out of our lives and its hard to squish it all in. There are only 24 hours in a day and I bet most of us kids are only getting between 6-8 hours a sleep a night, maybe even less then that. So I pray that life gets better or else I am going to explode and its only November.

Lots to Be Thankful For

WOW!! I didn't relaize how much I have to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. Today, as I spent Thanksgiving with my family, I was asked to say grace so I did the regular little bit and then I started to pray and I said " I thank you for the family that you have seated infront of me today." After saying that line all the things that I am thankful for rushed right into my brain.
I am thankful for my God, my family, my friends, my coaches, my teachers and anyone who has helped me to be where I am today in my life. I am thankful to have food, sheleter, clean water to drink, books, music, ipods, a cellphone etc. I am thankful for the gift of life.
I love this holiday because I love eating Turkey. Its so good and the way my uncle cooked it was amazing. I wish and hope that all you guys had a good thanksgiving. I have never felt the way I do before. Except this whole time my sister has been putting me down in every way, shape or form she could and it's getting annyoing. I'm at the point where I want to bite her head off or do or say something irrational to her. She getting on my nerves. I hate it. Anyways, back to school tommorow, boy am I not looking forward to that. But I guess thats what has to happen. I guess we all have to get back to normal.

I am Busy on November 27th, 2009

Well, this weekend I purchased tickets to go and see these 12 people in this picture in concert. I am going to see the So You Think You Can Dance top 10 dancers on tour. I am so excited. I actually wanted to go and see them last year in concert but I couldn't get tickets. So I am glad i am going this year. There are some amazing routines that I would love to see again. I am totally routing for Emmanuel (the one in the blue jacket) because he is from Vancouver. I genuinly like all the dancers so I don't think it will matter who wins if its not him.

Finally School is Over for the Week!!

Well, I am thankful school is over for the week. I have been on high since Monday. Trying t0 find out all the homework I missed , getting it all completed, sorting out the Scorekeeping stuff, getting sign up sheets ready and lastly getting all the Grade 12 SPM's together to review and making the meeting schedule. I now have the weekend to complete all the homework and extra assignments I have outstanding.

Off the topic of homework, a lot has been happening at school the last few days regarding the flood in the Philippines. Today Nick and Jessica announced that next week will be a spirit week with everything being dedicated to the people who's lives have been impacted by the flood. Monday will be an assembly just to let everyone know how bad it really is in the Philippines right now. Tuesday to Thursday they will be collecting clothing, shoes and blankets to send to the Philippines. Please donate as much as you can. To conclude the week, on Friday they will be having a Dress Down Day and they have asked that each of us bring $18 which is enough to feed one family for two weeks. At first I thought that was an awfully high amount to ask but money goes a long way there and its for a very good cause. I have been attending school with Philippino's since Kindergarden so I do consider myself a Philippino at heart and I will be donating more then $18 on Friday. I am hopeing that the rest of the shcool will do their part as well.

We also discovered this week that Fr. Anthony will be doing confessions in the Chapel on Wednesday's and Friday's during lunch. He will also be doing Adoration of the blessed sacrament on Thursdays during lunch from 12:45p.m. till 1:05p.m. I did attend on Thursday and it was a great session. I was disappointed at the attendance especially from the garde 12's. Maybe we all can try to go at least once a month and spend a little time with the Lord.

Thats all for today......

A Sum Up of my Grade 12 Year so Far!!!

Well, Grade 12 has been an interesting year so far. There has been a total of 3 weeks of school and I have been to 5 full days of school. That's horrible. I don't think I have ever missed so much school in 1 month in my life. But within the days that i wasn't at school my attention has been towards other important things. SPM, Grade 8 retreat and Ashland!!

The SPM retreat was an amazing experience. I felt so thankful to have been given the oppertunity and I felt very close to the other candidates. The bus ride was long but I slept for most of it. We watch so much Harry Potter that I don't like Harry Potter anymore. I can stand it. I thought my head was going to explode. Overall, I was a very lucky person to have gone on that retreat.

Leading the Grade 8 retreat was great to. I got to get to know some of the grade 8's. They are really cool and funny too. They did have a have a hard time opening up but I expected that. I mean thats why their retreat is entitled JOURNEY!!!! They will eventually get to the point in Grade 12 where they can fully open up. Overall, they were great and they made it fun. Even Anna and Nick's attempt at Journey was good. They are every smart to.

Lastly, and most recently was ASHLAND!!! Party in the USA!!!! I had a blast in Ashland. Although I did feel that Henry the 8th and Don Quiote were boring plays, I enjoyed the other four. My favorite play was The Servant of Two Masters. While shopping in Ashland I picked up this Head Massager thing. Its cool and my whole family really enjoys it. I should have bought 10 more. I also bought Christmas Ornaments. Boy to I loce Paddignton Station. they had a whole section of Christmas stuff and Jessica and I spent like who knows how long in there. We wanted to buy everything. But sadly we had to leave and we went to this place called Yogurt Hut. I mean Heaven in a Cup. First you walk in and pick up a cup. Then you proceed to the different kinds of frozen Yogurt. ie: cookies and cream, vanilla, green tea etc. Then you put topings on top. They literally have any topping you want. ie: granola, cereal, nuts, choclate chips, marshmellows, animal crackers, gummy bears, gummy worms, sprinkles etc. The you proceed to your last stand where yu cna get more toppings. ie. cookie dough ball, reecess pieces cups, fruit, brownies. The you get your sauces. ie: marshmellow, choclate, caramel, starwberry etc. the you go to the till and you pay by the once. It was amazing. I wish they had one here in Vancouver. Then we had the bus ride home. That was ok.

Anyways thats a sum of my grade 12 year so far. More fun times to come.

My Head is Going to Explode!!!

So, i haven't written in a while so i am going to write today. I attended Youth Day 2009 this year and it was amazing. I can't even believe that I only decieded to go this year. It was an amazing day and a half and I am going to go back next year as a participant and maybe the year after as a volunteer. We ate, sang, talked, prayed and went to mass. It was a greta experience, but I wish that I hadgone with different people. People that I am more close to because I felt out of place with the people I went with.
Yetserday at school, we had choir with Ms. Wilks. It was terrible. I thought I was going to kill myself. She was screaming at us and the grade 12's in the alto scetion were like be quiet, be quiet. It is really annoying and its getting on my nerves. I really just want to scream at them an tell them to shut up. They do it every class and I know that they are doing it for the good of the choir but its just getting annoying. So, I think they neeed to keep their cool. I also wnat A to come back and take me out of this missery that I am in. Just to add some more annoyance on my life and this situation A is not even here today so we could have Ms. Wilks after school which I am not looking forward to.
I have so much homework to do. I have an English project that I haven't started on and its due next week. I have to read this elections book for my job next tuesday and I also have to make sure I know all ym music for choir plus swimming everyday of the week. So, I think I have a pretty busy life.
